The menu at Wine Country Bistro is constantly evolving, allowing us to bring new and interesting, locally sourced food and artisan libations to our customer base.  As seasonality plays a crucial role in our menu development, you will find our menu changes quite often, reflecting the nuances and spirit of the season.  Buy great ingredients, do little to them & let the food speak for itself.  Please keep in mind that the menus on our website are merely recent examples, as we have been known to change our menu daily. Michael’s style of cuisine can be described as homegrown yet refined. Accompanying Michael in the kitchen are Kristen, Jeremy, Cody, Marcus, Parker, Kevin, Matt, Kyle and Dexter- a team which works together to bring the best to the table.

 Lunch Specials

 Come check out the new lunch menu items.  Molasses pulled pork over grits and beef tenderloin tips with mashed potatoes, veggies and sawmill gravy. 

 

 Dinner Specials

Thursday: Sauteed Lane Snapper - Roasted garlic stone ground grits, sweet braised purple cabbage, finsihed with a little neck clam and tarragon-orange buttery broth

Friday: Pan Seared Lane Snapper - Nicoise olive whipped potatoes, wild mushroom emulsion, finished with purple cabbage-basil beurre blanc

Saturday: Seared U-10 Scallops - Caper-basil whipped potatoes, braised zucchini, charred tomato beurre blanc

The Wine

We pride ourselves in our wine program. We work very hard to offer great wines by the glass and by the bottle from all reaches of the globe and at every price level. The prices on this wine list include a $15 markup from the retail price, which enables us to offer wines at the table for a tremendous value. Please enjoy the experience!

The Accommodations

Reservations recommended for parties of 6 or more. Choose your dining experience: bistro dining in an upbeat wine bar atmosphere, relax on the patio, or enjoy a more intimate experience in the rear dining room.
