The Food
Handmade... The menu at Wine Country Bistro is constantly evolving, allowing us to bring new and interesting, locally sourced food and artisan libations to our customer base. As seasonality plays a crucial role in our menu development, you will find our menu changes quite often, reflecting the nuances and spirit of the season. Buy great ingredients, do little to them & let the food speak for itself. Please keep in mind that the menus on our website are merely recent examples, as we have been known to change our menu daily. Michael’s style of cuisine can be described as homegrown yet refined. Accompanying Michael in the kitchen Jeremy, Keith, Marcus, Wes, KY, Allison, JD, Nick, Demarlyn, Kevin, Jeremy W. and Dexter- a team which works together to bring the best to the table.
